Side A is Liam's "Rye", a slow drag blues. Side B is Mike's "Moon Home" followed by an arrangement of the traditional, "Yew Piney Mountain."
Mike Gangloff is a multi-instrumentalist who founded Pelt in 1993 on electric guitar before migrating to esraj, tambura and other drone instruments in an improvisational ensemble with Patrick Best and Jack Rose. He formed the Black Twig Pickers in 2000 and Eight Point Star in 2020, playing banjo, jaw harp and fiddle.
